"The best sports and outdoor brands in the world are defined by how they look in motion. We're building that visual world at Kaddey — and this role is the first hire that makes it real."
Apply for this roleThe best sports and outdoor brands are defined as much by how they look on screen as by the product itself. Kaddey is a premium golf brand, but the world we're building is about movement — people who travel for the game, who care how their gear looks and feels in the world. That visual language doesn't exist yet for Kaddey. This role creates it.
You're an early hire in a lean content and production team we're building to be genuinely world-class. The standard is set by the best sports and outdoor content made anywhere. You shoot and edit, you have a distinct aesthetic, and as shoots grow you'll move toward directing them — storyboard to delivery.
Build the visual world of a premium golf brand from scratch, inside a team that's just getting started.

What you'll own
Shooting on location
You shoot social-first content on the course, in the city, on the road. Solo for day-to-day content; part of a wider crew for bigger productions. You don't just execute a shot list — you find the moments no one planned for.
Editing — social output
You cut high-volume short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — hook-first, platform-native, fast. Paid ad variants from organic footage as briefed. Colour grade, music selection, and sound design are core parts of the role. Review cycles via Frame.io.
Creative input
You bring a genuine visual point of view shaped by outdoor, surf, skate, and premium lifestyle culture. You contribute locations, formats, and visual concepts in briefings — not just execution. You hold the work to a high standard and push until it's right.
Asset management
You build and maintain an organised asset library the team can navigate independently. You manage review and feedback cycles and keep production moving at pace without losing quality.
The measure of success,
by chapter
In the work immediately
Kaddey's visual identity understood from existing content. First shoots completed and edits delivered. Review rhythm established via Frame.io with Content Lead and Creative Strategist.
Consistent output, clear style
High-quality social content flowing — organic and paid formats. A Kaddey colour grade developed and applied consistently. Working rhythm with the team fully established.
Volume and quality
Assets delivered vs briefed. Revision rounds per asset kept low. Organic reach on published content as the signal that the visual identity is earning attention.
The person
we're looking for
You have a genuine eye for premium visual aesthetics. Not just technically strong — you have taste. Your references are the best sports, outdoor, and lifestyle content being made anywhere, and that sensibility is visible in your work without explanation.
You shoot and edit — both, properly. Solo with a camera, back with footage that tells a story, cut social-first and fast. Strong shooters who can't edit and strong editors who don't shoot are both the wrong fit.
You think social-first. You know what stops a scroll and what earns the next two seconds. You can make a great organic cut and a paid ad cut — and you know the difference.
Colour grading is not an afterthought. You develop and hold a consistent look across mixed footage and conditions.
You're Amsterdam-based. In the room with the team for shoots, briefings, and production days. Remote is not an option.
You want to build something, not just work somewhere. Early hire in a team we intend to be exceptional. The growth path is toward directing your own shoots. If that excites you, this is the moment.
Golf affinity is a genuine advantage. You don't need a handicap — but if you've played, the product understanding and creative instinct come faster.
