Referral Program Terms & Conditions

 

1. Eligibility (Who Can Refer)

1.1
The Kaddey Referral Program is open exclusively to customers who have spent €200 or more in total on kaddey.com before the referee completes their qualifying purchase.

1.2
Eligibility is based on total lifetime spend linked to the following data:

  • email address,

  • name,

  • shipping address,

  • billing address,

  • or payment method.

If any of these match a previous customer record, Kaddey may determine eligibility at its discretion.

2. Who Counts as a “New Customer” (Referee Definition)

2.1
A referee must be a genuinely new customer who has never placed an order on kaddey.com under:

  • the same email address,

  • the same name,

  • any matching shipping or billing address,

  • any previously used phone number,

  • or the same payment method.

2.2
Customers attempting to bypass this rule (e.g., by using alternative email addresses, family members, or variations of names) may be disqualified.

3. How to Participate

3.1
Referrers download the Kaddey Pass and share their unique QR code privately with referees.

3.2
Referees must scan the QR code to link their order to the referring customer.

3.3
Only purchases correctly attributed via the QR code and meeting all requirements count as valid referrals.

4. Referral Rewards

For every successful referral, the referrer will receive 3 Magnetic Head Covers (colors subject to availability).

4.2
Rewards are issued only after the referee’s return period has expired (see Section 6).

4.3
Referees do not receive a financial discount but gain access to Kaddey Pass benefits.

5. Qualifying Purchases

5.1
The referee must make a qualifying purchase of €200 or more in a single order.

5.2
Only orders placed during the official Black November campaign period qualify.

5.3
Orders placed using other discount codes, store credit, or promotions may be excluded at Kaddey’s discretion.

6. Return Window Protection (Anti-Abuse)

6.1
A referral is considered “successful” only after the referee’s entire return period has passed (e.g., 30 or 45 days depending on policy).

6.2
If the referee cancels or returns their order (in whole or in part), the referral is invalid.

6.3
Rewards will not be issued, shipped, or claimed until the order is fully confirmed as final.

7. Reward Issuing & Product Availability

7.1
Rewards are fulfilled based on available stock.
If the selected color(s) are unavailable, Kaddey may substitute them with a comparable variant or equivalent product.

7.2
Rewards cannot be exchanged for:

  • cash,

  • store credit,

  • alternative products (unless substituted as described above).

7.3
Rewards must be claimed within the timeframe communicated by Kaddey.

8. Sharing Rules & Prohibited Use

8.1
Referral QR codes may be shared privately (e.g., direct messages, email, personal conversation).

8.2
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification:

  • Posting referral links or codes on public coupon sites.

  • Posting on large public forums (e.g., Reddit, golf deal groups).

  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

  • Automated or mass distribution.

8.3
Kaddey may remove any referrals it deems to have originated from non-private or non-personal sharing.

9. Anti-Fraud Measures

9.1
Kaddey reserves the right to monitor all referral activity.

9.2
Disqualification may occur for:

  • creating multiple accounts,

  • self-referring via multiple emails,

  • using identity variations (middle initials, nicknames, etc.),

  • using identical payment methods for referrer and referee,

  • artificial or incentivized referrals,

  • bulk or scripted QR scans,

  • any attempt to manipulate attribution.

9.3
Kaddey may refuse or withdraw rewards at any time where fraud or abuse is suspected.

10. Reward & Referral Limits

10.1
There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a referrer may earn.
All referrals remain subject to fraud checks and eligibility rules.

10.2
Kaddey may apply temporary limits if unusual activity is detected.

11. Support & Dispute Resolution

11.1
Participants may contact Kaddey Support for questions or issues.

11.2
Kaddey reserves full discretion to resolve disputes or irregularities, including the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Modifications & Termination

12.1
Kaddey may modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

12.2
Any updates will be posted on this page.
Changes apply immediately to all current and future participants.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1
Participation in the program requires processing of personal data as described in the Kaddey Privacy Policy.

13.2
Data is used strictly for referral verification, fraud prevention, and reward fulfillment.

14. Liability

14.1
Kaddey is not responsible for technical, network, or platform issues that prevent referral tracking or reward issuance.

14.2
Kaddey is not liable for referrals lost due to incorrect information, sharing errors, or misuse of the QR code.

14.3
By participating, customers accept full responsibility for how they share their referral code.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Disputes will be handled by the courts of The Netherlands.
