This role owns both. You control the Shopify content side across all European markets, run the email programme in Klaviyo, and write copy that earns trust from a golfer who is genuinely considering a purchase.
A golf trolley at this price point is not an impulse buy. The product page, the email, the right message at the right moment — these are the things that convert a curious golfer into a Kaddey customer, and a first-time buyer into someone who comes back. That is what you build.

What you'll own
Shopify
You own the content and commercial side of Shopify: product pages, landing pages, and collections across all markets. You build and update independently — no waiting for a developer. New market storefronts, content localisation, and promotional calendar are yours to run. You'll upload creative assets in Meta Business Manager when a campaign goes live.
Conversion & testing
You run A/B tests end-to-end: design the hypothesis, set up the test, read the results, act on them. Conversion rate on key product pages is your number. You decide what goes live on site, when, and how it's messaged.
Copy — site & email
You write all on-site copy in English and brief translations into NL, DE, and FR. Email copy is yours too — campaigns, newsletters, product launches. Subject lines and CTAs that sound like Kaddey, not a template.
Email — Klaviyo
You plan and execute the email calendar and own the Klaviyo setup over time — flows, segmentation, performance. Open rates, click rates, and revenue attribution tracked weekly.

Full Shopify content audit complete. First page improvements live. First email campaign sent and the calendar is set for the next 60 days.

On-brand content across all markets. First A/B tests run and acted on. Klaviyo flows reviewed and improved; email performance tracked weekly.
The numbers that matter
Shopify conversion rate on key product pages. Email-attributed revenue. Repeat purchase rate as the signal that both channels are working.
The person
we're looking for
You've owned a Shopify store, not just worked in one. You build and update pages independently — product pages, landing pages, market storefronts. When something needs to go live, you make it happen.
You come from a DTC or e-commerce brand. You understand how the webshop and owned channels work together to drive revenue — because you've run it.
Your copy is good enough to run on kaddey.com today. You write clearly in the voice of a premium brand. Product descriptions, emails, subject lines — not just grammatically correct, but persuasive.
You make decisions from data. You've designed and run A/B tests, read the results, and changed something because of them — not because you had a feeling.
You've managed content across more than one market. You know what changes beyond translation, and you have a method for keeping quality consistent at scale.
You have strong aesthetic instincts. You can brief a designer precisely and tell them when the output misses the mark — because you understand what premium looks like on-site.
You play golf. Not a requirement we add for effect — the product understanding and the copy authenticity are genuinely better when the person writing them knows what it feels like to stand on a fairway with Kaddey gear.
