Kaddey sells premium golf gear to golfers who research for weeks before buying. This role requires a fundamentally different approach to metrics, creative, and channel strategy than a mass-market DTC brand. That understanding is a baseline requirement, not a bonus.

What you'll own
Paid media — hands-on
Daily management of Meta Ads and Google Ads — budget, structure, creative inputs. Use AI-driven buying intelligently. Own the numbers: CAC, ROAS, blended efficiency, contribution margin per channel.
Creative testing
Build and run a disciplined testing system: one variable per test, clear hypotheses, consistent cadence. Generate creative angles continuously. Kill losers fast, scale winners hard, document what was learned and why.
Creative briefing
Write sharp, specific briefs for the Content Lead and graphic designer — hooks, angles, formats, references. Brief UGC creators with the same precision. Understand what performs on Meta Reels, TikTok, YouTube — and why each is different.
Performance reporting
Weekly creative performance review: what won, what lost, what's next. Differentiated approach per European market — NL, DE, FR, UK each require different creative and messaging.

Audit and point of view
Full audit of Meta and Google accounts — every campaign, creative, and result understood. Clear point of view on the gaps in current creative strategy. First round of new creative briefs produced and in test.
The system is live
Creative testing system live: cadence, process, briefing standard, weekly review ritual. Right KPIs in place for a premium brand — not last-click. Co-founder fully out of campaign management.
How we measure success
Blended CAC week-on-week. Creative test velocity — new concepts live per week. Contribution margin per channel.
The person
we're looking for
3–6 years hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads. You manage accounts directly, not through agencies. Show us the accounts — not a case study, not a slide deck.
Premium brand DTC background. You understand longer consideration windows, higher AOV, trust-first creative, and brand lift as a real KPI — not a mass-market playbook.
Active golfer. You play regularly, understand the game, the gear, and what the experience on the course actually means. A genuine golfer has opinions — we'll ask about yours.
Multi-market European experience. You've run localised campaigns across at least two of NL, DE, FR, UK. Working knowledge of at least one language beyond English.
Creative analytics tools as standard. Motion, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or equivalent — part of your daily workflow, not a nice-to-have.
You can write a brief that produces a winning ad. Specific hooks, angles, formats — not vague direction. The Content Lead and designer work from what you write.
Strong aesthetic sensibility for a premium brand. Kaddey is design-led. You can critique a creative with a specific, informed opinion and hold the work to that standard.
Fluent English. Written and spoken to a professional standard. All briefs and strategy in English.
