The Kaddey Referral Program is open to all customers who have made a purchase on the Kaddey webshop.
2. How to Participate
Download the Kaddey Pass using the provided link.
Share the QR code with your friends (referees).
Referees must use the QR code to receive a discount on their purchase.
3. Referral Rewards
Referee Reward: Friends (referees) receive €25 off their first purchase, applicable ONLY on trolleys and bags.
Referrer Reward: You (the referrer) will earn €25 in store credit for each successful referral.
4. Qualifying Purchases
The referee must make a qualifying purchase of at least €250 in a single order for the referrer to receive store credit.
5. Reward Limits
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
Referrers can earn store credit from unlimited successful referrals.
Kaddey reserves the right to cancel any order or withdraw any store credit if misuse is detected.
6. Validity Period
All rewards (both discounts and store credits) must be used within 90 days from the date they are issued.
7. Notification and Redemption
Referrers and referees will receive notifications and emails regarding their rewards.
Store credit will be applied automatically to the referrer's Kaddey account.
8. Sharing and Usage
QR codes can be shared via messages, emails, or in person.
Each QR code is unique and can be used only once by each referee.
9. Anti-Fraud Measures
Kaddey reserves the right to monitor referral activities and disqualify any participants found engaging in fraudulent behavior.
Disqualifications include, but are not limited to, creating multiple accounts to refer oneself, using bots or automated systems, and other deceptive actions.
Kaddey reserves the right to resolve any disputes or issues regarding the referral program at its discretion.
11. Modifications and Termination
Kaddey reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be updated on this page, and participating customers will be notified via email.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
By participating in the referral program, participants agree to Kaddey's collection and use of their personal data in accordance with Kaddey's Privacy Policy.
Kaddey is not responsible for any technical failures or any other issues beyond our control that prevent the referral process or the earning of rewards.
Kaddey disclaims any liability for lost or misdirected referrals or rewards due to incorrect information provided by participants.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
